We are supporting a well-established company based in Brighton with recruiting for a Partnerships Manager on a permanent basis. The salary is paying between 40k-60k per annum (DOE) and the hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (this role could offer 30 hours per week either 4 long days or 5 shorter days). This is a hybrid role working 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Managing relationships, generating partnership income and maximising opportunities to support engagement and retention.
* Supporting with staff and budget management.
* Responsible for account management for member experience and product/service quality for the business.
* Attending meetings and organising staff reviews to highlight business targets and KPI's.
* Ensuring partnerships follow regulations such as Health and Safety and Data Protection.
* Monitoring contracts and negotiating offers/deals with clients to maximise revenue for the business.
* Assisting the marketing team with marketing plans and strategies as well as approving all marketing material.
* Dealing with complaints related to products/services in a professional manner and monitoring member satisfaction.
To be successful for this role, you must have extensive account management experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be confident with client meetings both virtual and face to face and be comfortable travelling (UK based) for meetings and events when required. Please note all travel will be expensed.
