We are excited to be able to offer an opportunity for a newly created role of Practice Development Lead as part of expansion of our Principal Social Worker portfolio. The post holder will work closely with our Social Work teams and wider Adult Social Care workforce. The post holder will support the Principal Social Worker in championing professional social work and drive the ongoing development and delivery of social work practice to a high standard. The successful candidate will be a social worker passionate about excellent social work practice and the positive impact this has for people. They will be creative, innovative and able to build relationships with the social work workforce. They will be able to influence change as a leader in social work practice understanding and utilising mechanisms of assurance as a key driver for developments. The candidate will be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England and will be expected to function at the Advanced Social Worker level of the Professional Capabilities Framework.
