Job Description
* Oversee, direct, and coordinate financial activities of the organisation.
* Monitor and enforce internal control systems to protect company assets.
* Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to current economic landscape.
* Develop, coordinate, and execute financial plans for the organisation.
* Make recommendations to strategic planning and reviews in the financial sector.
* Conduct performance analysis and reporting of financial information.
* Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:
* Qualifications in finance or a related field.
* Experience in team leadership within the public sector, particularly in the healthcare industry.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on data.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
