About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a leading and highly respected legal practice. As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex clinical negligence claims, working closely with clients who require expert legal support. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims, from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
2. Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of clinical negligence matters.
3. Work with medical experts, consultants, and other professionals to build strong cases.
4. Represent clients in meetings, negotiations, and in court where necessary.
5. Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring they are kept informed and supported throughout the process.
6. Ensure that cases are handled efficiently, and deadlines are met.
7. Contribute to business development activities and play a key role in expanding the practice’s clinical negligence offering.
Requirements:
8. A qualified solicitor with 3+ PQE in clinical negligence law.
9. Strong technical knowledge of clinical negligence claims, including experience in both pre-litigation and litigation stages.
10. Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and accessible manner.
11. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. A track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
13. A genuine passion for helping clients navigate through challenging and complex situations.
