Due to our continued rapid growth, we’re now looking for a Paid Social Channel Lead to drive innovation and strategic excellence in paid social marketing across our agency’s largest accounts.
The Role
As Paid Social Lead, you will be at the forefront of paid social innovation within the agency, focusing on Meta and TikTok platforms. You will act as the strategic lead for paid social, proactively driving best practices, testing frameworks, and strategic thinking across our paid social team.
Part of an elite team, you will be staying ahead of industry developments, testing new initiatives, and ensuring learnings are captured, shared, and leveraged to drive growth.
Reporting directly to senior leadership and working closely with the Account Director, you'll ensure strategic oversight across our enterprise-level accounts, enabling account directors to focus on client strategy and relationship management. You'll also provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to specialists and executives in your team.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive strategic direction, innovation, and best practices across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok).
* Maintain proactive relationships with platform representatives, leveraging insights and beta opportunities.
* Lead the development of robust testing frameworks, hypothesis-driven strategies, and systematic logging and sharing of learnings.
* Oversee strategic paid social performance across the agency, connecting insights to effective creative strategies and landing page optimisations.
* Act as a thought leader within the agency, ensuring a unified approach to paid social marketing and innovation.
* Collaborate closely with Account Directors, ensuring alignment with overall client strategies and goals.
* Manage and mentor at least one direct report, with scope for further team growth.
* Create compelling client proposals and presentations, effectively communicating complex strategies clearly and persuasively.
Who You Are
* 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience (Meta, TikTok), with deep expertise in managing substantial budgets (minimum £10k/day, £3M+/year).
* Proven ability to connect media buying tactics (e.g., CBO, ABO, Advantage+ campaigns) with impactful creative and landing page strategies.
* Exceptional analytical skills; able to identify and communicate the narrative behind data to inform strategic decisions.
* Experience working with Direct-to-Consumer e-commerce or consumer brands strongly preferred.
* Adept at stakeholder management, confident in client communications and presentations.
* Able to strategically assess the relevance and potential impact of innovations on individual accounts.
* Experienced in line management, coaching, and mentoring team members.
