Working shifts as directed by the rota including sleep ins and waking nights as required.Commit to own personal development, attending training when required and seeking development opportunitiesWhat you will needGreat communicationExperience supporting adults with learning disabilities in a social care settingQCF Level 3 in Health and Social CareTo be passionate about supporting people to live an enriched life and fulfil their potentialKnowledge and understanding of the principles of confidentiality and privacyA good understanding of health and safety legislation and management in a social care settingA working knowledge and understanding of the Care Council for Wales Code of PracticeExcellent IT skillsFlexibility to work shifts and provide cover as requiredA full clean driving license and willingness to travel for meetings and training.
