Job Title: Site Services Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our site services team as a Site Services Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a Continuous Improvement Champion, proactive, detail-oriented and experienced in site services engineering, particularly within FMCG.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business at a value-added site with significant investment, new machinery, and restructuring.
As the Site Services Manager, you will work closely with the Engineering Manager to drive a change from a 'repair culture' to an 'improvement culture', enhancing equipment performance and reliability by developing technical skills and knowledge of the wider engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise the Site Services Team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of site services.
* Work closely with the Engineering Team to ensure statutory compliance and effective continuous improvement methods.
* Develop and implement robust preventative/planned maintenance/condition monitoring and process control systems to meet the needs of a 24/7 food manufacturing facility.
Requirements:
* Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Proactive mindset with the flexibility to implement changes.
* Commercial and business awareness with strong financial acumen.
* Experience in site services management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods organisation.
