Job Duties:
* Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities.
* Implement effective teaching strategies to help students achieve their educational goals.
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary.
* Communicate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to student learning.
Required Qualifications:
* Experience working with students with SEN.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
Education:
Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs.
Experience:
Prior experience working as an SEN Tutor or in a similar role.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of different learning styles and abilities.
* Knowledge of SEN support strategies and resources.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule.
* Work primarily in a school or educational institution setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
