We are looking for an on-site Technical Account Manager to join our excellent team in Atherstone-on-Stour, Warwickshire.
Technical Account Manager Duties
Working within our Technical Excellence approach to proactively meet and exceed customer expectations on technical knowledge, insights, collaboration, and performance to enable timely and commercially driven delivery of agreed trade plans. To understand, appreciate, and promote at all times the uniqueness of our capability which secures and consistently delivers a complex web of global supply chains from seed to fork. To ensure the company consistently operates within a safe and legal framework in the EU & UK food sector.
Skills and Experience
* The ideal candidate for the Technical Account Manager role will portray the following skills and attributes:
o Educated to QCF level 5 – 6 in a relevant academic discipline.
o Proven experience of successfully operating within complex, commercially driven supply chains.
o Project management capability with adherence to achieving agreed deadlines.
o Face-to-face customer contact within head office must have been very regular.
o Advanced abilities using the Microsoft package and all electronic data management systems.
o Strong communication skills developed from working directly with a demanding customer base.
o Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise.
o Fluent English both written and verbal.
o Additional languages may be advantageous.
o Must be flexible to routinely travel to other UK sites and farming operations overseas on an adhoc basis.
o A clean, full UK driving license is essential.
