As the Chef de Partie, you’ll bring culinary passion,
creativity, and meticulous attention to detail to the team. Collaborating
closely with the head chef, you'll craft innovative menus, oversee operations,
and ensure top-notch food quality. Your leadership will inspire and guide the
kitchen team, fostering harmony and efficiency. With your culinary finesse and
unwavering commitment, you'll deliver extraordinary dining experiences to our
guests.

What your days could look like:
* To
assist the Head Chef in the effective and efficient organisation,
supervision and control of the kitchen operation, ensuring all kitchen
staff carry out their allotted duties to the Hotels standards.
* To
carry out the preparation, cooking and portioning of all food dishes
including staff meals to the Hotels standards of quality and quantity.
* To
maintain the Hotels standards of department and personal appearance,
cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen areas.
* Compliance
with all instructions given by immediate supervisor.
* Preparation
for the day’s business in accordance with projected need.
* Following
all schedules within the kitchen and completion of daily check sheets and
temperature logs.
* Assist
colleagues in stocking up when necessary.
* Smooth
running of all aspects of the kitchen and back of house areas.
* Responsible
for undertaking the many tasks during the preparation, storage and service
of food and the other associated tasks.
* Maintain
a high level of personal hygiene and cleanliness whilst in the work place.
* Maintain
an organised, clean and safe work place, not only for yourself but also
for those around.
