Hours will be Monday - Thursday - 9:30 - 3:00 and Friday - 9:30 - 3:20
We are looking to recruit a caring, skilled, dedicated, qualified and patient practitioner to work with our amazing children and be part of our staff team. This role is offered on a permanent basis, subject to completing a successful period of probation.
You will form part of a talented teaching and learning team based at Harwich Community Primary School and Nursery, offering pastoral, spiritual and academic guidance to our children. Every day you will have the opportunity to make a difference.
We are looking for:
1. An outstanding, skilled, Learning Support Assistant, with school experience;
2. Someone who is able to demonstrate loyalty and sound interpersonal and organisational skills with all members of our school community, including: children, colleagues, parents and wider community;
3. A hard-working, caring colleague, who has the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team;
4. Take part in some 1:1 support work too within Year 5 class;
5. A team-player who has strong literacy and mathematical skills and is able to offer children a high standard of academic and pastoral guidance;
6. A practitioner who will reflect our vision and values, and show love and warmth towards all;
7. Be educated to GCSE A- C or above in English and Maths.
