Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for various roles within the organisation. This position requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both candidates and clients. The Recruitment Consultant will utilise various tools and platforms, including CRM systems such as Firefish and Lusha, to streamline the recruitment process. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. Source candidates through various channels, including social media management, job boards, and networking events. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using CRM Generate leads for potential clients by leveraging existing networks and conducting market research. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and ensure alignment with organisational goals. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of recruitment efforts and candidate pipelines. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track candidate progress and facilitate reporting. Experience Proven experience in a recruitment or consultancy role is essential. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Firefish, Lusha, or similar platforms is advantageous. Strong relationship management skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience in lead generation and sales techniques is desirable. Proficiency in using social media for recruitment purposes is a plus. Background Ideally you will have at least 2 years proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in your chosen market Currently we are providing Recruitment services within the Construction, Manufacturing, Local Authority, and Healthcare markets but would consider Consultants from any vertical market that want to set their own businesses up within the Blu Tech Infrastructure This is a permanent position for the right candidate and can offer an excellent salary and commission scheme along with springboard into running your own section and becoming your own boss.
