Our client is seeking the right person to undertake this exciting role, including:
1. Authorising and investigating all transactions to KPIs;
2. Collecting and analysing required information from customers and businesses;
3. Reviewing processes which could be automated or enhanced to improve the customer and business experience;
4. Responding to queries from customers;
5. Meeting team targets;
6. Developing strong client relationships.
The successful candidate must have:
1. Customer service experience and customer and industry knowledge;
2. Good organisational and communication skills;
3. Able to work to deadlines;
4. Minimum CISI Investment Advice Diploma/other Level 4 qualification, including securities/derivatives module;
5. Experience managing stakeholder relationships;
6. Awareness of changes in trends and policies;
7. Knowledge of Excel and processing information would be beneficial.
Trading knowledge is not essential, as training will be provided in the role.
Must hold Entitled/Entitled to Work status in Jersey.
