Audit Senior Accountancy Practice Surrey
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team in Surrey. Our client is a reputable firm of chartered accountants and professional business advisors, with offices in the West End, London and in Godalming, Surrey.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading audits, managing teams, and delivering high-quality results. We are looking for someone who is proactive, innovative, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead audits and manage teams to deliver high-quality results
* Develop and implement audit strategies to meet client needs
* Manage and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
Requirements:
* ACA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in audit or assurance
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
