Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Acting as a first point of contact for clients: dealing with correspondence, phone calls, incoming enquiries and managing service level standard.
2. Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
3. Booking and arranging travel for client meetings.
4. Organising events and conferences.
5. Reminding the advisors of important tasks and deadlines.
6. Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
7. Managing databases and filing systems.
8. Continuously improving processes to enhance client experience.
9. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
10. Collating and filing expenses.
11. Conducting research on behalf of the advisors.
12. Producing personalised up to date wealth accounts.
13. Preparing meeting packs.
14. Actioning meeting notes and keeping client files up to date.
15. Keeping high level of documentation standard on each case.
16. Holding regular review meetings with the advisor.
