A local client of Signet is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team!
Location: Bracknell
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
Contract Type: Initial 3-Month Contract (Temp to Perm)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable: Managing supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
2. Accounts Receivable: Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and receipt allocations.
3. Bank Reconciliations: Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.
4. Credit Control: Monitoring and chasing overdue payments to ensure healthy cash flow.
About You:
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
