Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Manage daily transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
* Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records.
* Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Process invoices, expenses, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
* Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and suppliers.
* Assist in preparing VAT returns and handling other tax-related tasks.
* Provide general administrative support to the finance department as required.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
3. Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
