The Recruitment Co. is urgently recruiting for a Product Office Assistant to join our client's team based in the Baglan area.

Salary: Up to £34,700 p.a depending on experience
Hours of work: Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
Contract: Permanent
Purpose of the role:
Elaborate and maintain the technical specifications and bills of material of the finished product for production.
Main responsibilities:
* Create the technical documents of the product, of raw and auxiliary materials and ensure their permanent updating.
* In coordination with the Group Operating Process Office, manage the activities related to the creation of new products, providing the Marketing & Sales Area elements on the production cost.
* Check, develop, manage and modify the layout, decorations and technical characteristics of the finished product and its wrap.
* Manage relationships with flexography and printer suppliers.
* Collaborate with the Production Manager for the permanent improvement of products, materials and the products palletizing system.
* Guarantee an efficient management of the reference reporting.
* Create the production batches.
* Check the production amounts made and the raw materials used.
* Apply the Corporate Principles and Values.
Skills Required:
* Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
* A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrate interpersonal skills, teamwork and leadership capability.
* Proactive and organised.
* Strong communication skills.
* Good attention to detail.
* IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office programs.
