In our UK Head Office located in Sutton Coldfield, we are seeking a Frontline Customer Engagement Specialist for a full-time role.
About the Role:
* Process orders through SAP, including planning and organizing logistics
* Respond to enquiries from partners and end-users via phone and email
* Maintain customer and master data for national and international partners
* Resolve customer complaints and process credit notes
* Serve as a contact person for the UK sales team and central functions
* Perform department-related tasks or projects as required
Your Qualifications:
* A commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in an office environment
* Proficiency in using SAP R/3 and MS Office
* A high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
* A friendly, winning, and confident manner
