Role Purpose
A world leading total communications company with operations in 100 countries is recruiting for Global Revenue Assurance Lead within Group IOT Commercial Operations, where you will be taking a position responsible for Revenue Assurance across Vodafone's IOT Line of Business.
Your skills will be coordinating the Framework and Tools to facilitate and maximize Revenue Assurance and managing the Revenue Delivery Forums where IOT Senior Management make decisions on key commercial issues relating to In-Life agreements.

Key tasks:
1. To develop and coordinate a robust Revenue Assurance Framework Tool to ensure that Customer obligations and Vodafone Obligations are understood and tracked. This Framework will involve the use of AI Contract Management Tools combined with data feeds from billing and GDSP.
2. To continually enhance and update a Contracts Database including the capturing of outcomes of any business decisions made in respect of IOT contracts so contract data is up to date.
3. To coordinate and run the weekly revenue delivery Forums to ensure that any matters of non-compliance on Revenue matters are presented to the IOT SLT.
4. To track Group Revenue Assurance activities to ensure the performance of Revenue Assurance activities is presented and reviewed with the IOT SLT.
5. To coordinate Revenue Assurance activities with the Local Markets and to ensure that activities in the Local Markets are tracked and brought to the IOT Revenue Delivery Forums.
6. To support the Commercial Client Partners and Revenue Assurance Specialists in meeting of Revenue Assurance Targets.
What you'll do:
1. Responsible for the overall framework / ways of working for ensuring Revenue Assurance.
2. Responsible for the reporting against Revenue Assurance Targets.
3. Gain good understanding of the contracts.
4. Gain the trust of the Vodafone IOT leadership as advisor to key stakeholders.
5. Deliver executive briefings to internal senior stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with relevant counterparts in Sales, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Service, Vodafone Operating Companies and Partners to maximize revenue.
Who you are:
1. 2+ years' experience in B2B / enterprise environment.
2. Good understanding of Contract Law.
3. Experience in reviewing Customer Contracts.
4. Excellent relationship builder, with the necessary personal impact to build credibility with customers, the account team and Sales Leadership.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to Executive-level.
6. Ability to identify broken/sub-optimal processes and recommend changes.

* Yearly bonus: 10%
