JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Manager- Telecoms/ Mobile
SALARY: £40,000-£45,000 plus car allowance and OTE uncapped

We are working with a leading telecoms solutions provider who, after a number of acquisitions in recent years, are on a growth path again. We are looking for a strong Regional Sales Manager to cover the following geographical areas: Bristol/Cardiff/Newport/Swindon/Bath/Gloucester/Cheltenham/Chippenham.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
As Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for a geographical area (Bristol/Cardiff, Newport, Swindon, Chippenham, Bath, and Gloucester). The focus will be on meeting and exceeding individual sales targets by selling a range of fixed line, hosted telephony, and mobile hardware and solutions contracts. This role is an integral part of the growth of the sales team and requires a self-motivated and driven individual.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships and understanding the market dynamics, effectively positioning products to maximise sales revenue.
Your Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
1. Attending sales appointments booked by the Internal Telesales Team and those you have self-generated, ensuring products meet customer demands whilst maximising the sales opportunity.
2. Negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
3. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company offerings and the competitive landscapes.
4. Creating self-generated leads for potential appointments and a pipeline for future business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
You'll be an experienced sales professional, ideally with Telecoms experience, with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
You'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with potential clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
You'll also need strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
In addition, you will also need:
1. Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure sales.
2. Ability to analyse market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
3. A strong focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
