Role Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of audit clients, overseeing the audit process from planning through to completion
* Leading audit assignments, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and within deadlines
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for audit clients
* Providing technical audit advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards
* Mentoring and supervising junior members of the team, reviewing their work and providing development support
* Collaborating with other departments, including tax and advisory services, to offer a well-rounded service to clients

Candidate Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified, with a minimum of three years’ audit experience in UK practice
* Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and financial reporting requirements
* Proven experience managing audit assignments and client relationships
* Ability to lead and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* A proactive approach, with the confidence to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
