We are looking for a driven Sales Director/Partner to join our growing team on a commission-only basis and take our sales efforts to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow Baseel's customer base.
2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services and products market.
3. Client Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
5. Industry Expertise: Stay informed about the latest trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in IT services.
6. Sales Cycle Oversight: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
7. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Qualifications
1. Proven success in sales, with a strong track record of exceeding targets in the IT services and products sector.
2. Extensive experience in creating and executing strategic sales plans.
3. Deep understanding of the IT industry and familiarity with market trends, products, and technologies.
4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to build strong, lasting client relationships.

Compensation Structure
This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.
Here's what you can expect:
1. Competitive commission rates based on a percentage of closed sales revenue. We offer up to 20% of commission on the consultancy project's revenue and 35% of revenue on the product's sales.
2. A tiered commission structure with higher rates for exceeding sales targets.
3. Performance-based bonuses for achieving specific sales goals.
4. Transparent and straightforward commission calculation and payment process.
5. Significant earnings potential with no cap on commissions.
6. Monthly or quarterly commission payouts, depending on performance.
7. This is a purely commission-based role, so there is no provision for sales expenses or any other costs.
