Who You Are You are a dedicated and responsible individual with experience in the cleaning industry. You possess basic administrative skills and effective communication abilities. You may hold a Level 1 qualification in an appropriate area, and either possess or are willing to obtain a License to Practice qualification from the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS). You are capable of working independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards. You are committed to continuous improvement and maintaining positive relationships both internally and externally. What the job involves The Cleaning Officer is responsible for ensuring that the Coed Pella Offices are clean and hygienic. This involves undertaking cleaning duties individually or as part of a team, replenishing consumables, and operating cleaning equipment according to health and safety guidelines. You will also report any defects, perform basic administrative tasks, and ensure secure unlocking and locking of the building. You will be responsible for maintaining effective working relationships and adhering to the Authority’s policies, including health & safety practices and equality of opportunity.
