K2 Integrity is looking for an Administrative Assistant for the London office. This position is a varied role and will provide administrative support to the office while working closely with the Operations controller.
Responsibilities
1. Assisting with business travel for the London office. This includes Flights, Taxis, Hotels and Couriers.
2. Data entry.
3. Document binding and filing.
4. Collating and analysing company expense information for credit card reconciliation.
5. Setting up meetings.
6. Putting together meeting agendas for business trips.
7. Updating internal databases and spreadsheets, including supporting the Conflict Check process.
8. Providing cover for the office manager, with greeting external visitors.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
1. 1 – 3 years experience in an administration role.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Basic level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Proficient organisation skills with a strong attention to detail.
5. A positive and ‘roll up sleeves’ attitude.
6. Confidence and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
7. Ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels.
8. Experience with maintaining confidentiality on all workload aspects.
This is an in-office position.
