Role Description This is a full-time Chef De Partie role located in Inverness at the ROYAL HIGHLAND HOTEL. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes in a specific station, overseeing junior chefs, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Culinary Arts, Food Safety, and Kitchen Management skills Experience in food preparation (British and Modern Scottish), cooking, and plating Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and creativity in menu development Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Culinary certification or diploma is a plus
