The Role: We have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational Key Stage One teacher to join our school as KS1 Phase Leader. You will be part of a supportive and innovative staff, working within the senior leadership team. This role requires a commitment to enhancing learning opportunities and being proactive in trying new things.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the KS1 phase and support the development of staff.
2. Build strong relationships with families to boost achievement and wellbeing.
3. Commit to helping children achieve regardless of their starting point.
4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school.
