Site Manager - Runcorn - Office-to-Resi We are recruiting on for the role of site manager, on behalf of a main contractor who are overseeing the conversion of a former office block into Runcorn into 113 residential apartments, with the project being well underway and having 5 months left to run. Duties: Ensuring the health and safety of site operatives Coordinating subcontractors and site labour Progress reports Reporting to a visiting contracts manager Compiling RAMS Ordering materials Updating site diary Requirements: Joinery background Past fit out experience of either apartments or offices SMSTS,CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness Able to provide references The role is on a self-employed basis and we can pay either via a ltd co or CIS.
