Are you a dedicated and supportive teacher with experience in SEN settings? Do you have the skills to engage and manage a class while delivering a broad and balanced curriculum?
We are looking for a Year 7 Teacher to join an SEN school in The Wirral, teaching the full curriculum to students with EHCPs. The school provides a nurturing and structured environment where every student receives the tailored support they need to succeed.
The Role:
* Teach a broad curriculum to a small Year 7 class, adapting lessons to meet individual needs.
* Provide a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
* Use strong behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive classroom dynamic.
* Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of staff to support students’ academic and personal development.
* Foster strong relationships with students, helping them build confidence and engagement in education.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experienced in SEN or alternative provision settings.
* Confident in behaviour management and able to maintain a calm and structured classroom.
* Supportive and adaptable, with the ability to tailor lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
* Passionate about making a difference in the lives of students who need extra support.
* Committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
