Our client, a well-established and progressive law firm based in the City of London, is seeking a Post-Completions Assistant to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive and dynamic environment, providing essential post-completion support to the Head of Real Estate. As part of this position, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy in post-completion processes. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the Head of Real Estate with the pre and post completion of high-end residential properties Opening and tracking all client files, updating details on the company portal Logging call notes on files Utilising I-Manage for documentation management Submitting requests to the Land Registry and handling any requisitions that may be raised Managing exchange and completion paperwork including SDLT, redemption statements and other forms Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and estate agents to source necessary client information and progress on client files Use of Conveyancers portal ie Lender Exchange and LMSThe Ideal Candidate: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyPrevious experience in a post-completion or conveyancing role within a legal setting Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with Fee Earners and wider teams Up-to-date knowledge of SDLT/LTT regulations and Land Registry procedures is desirable.This is a great opportunity for a Post Completions Assistant to join a firm that values professional growth and offers a clear career progression path.Fame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
