Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Head Chef to develop menus, prepare food, and present dishes
* Lead kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality standards
* Maintain relationships with local suppliers to source high-quality ingredients
Our gastro pub offers a competitive salary range of £38,500 - £39,000 per annum, depending on experience.
