CLCH Inner North West Division provides health services for Adult's and Children's Services in the boroughs of Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham, with some complex children's services in Brent and Barnet.
Expressions of interest are requested for Children's Haemoglobinopathy Community Nurse role from suitably experienced people who may be interested in working in this post for a 6 month period from January 2025 to end June 2025.
Main duties of the job
This is a new post to support the delivery of NHS England investment into Haemoglobinopathy Community Services, working with West London Haemoglobinopathy Coordinating Centre and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
The post holder will be allocated a specified borough to cover, working as part of the Community Haemoglobinopathy Specialist Service across the Inner Division of CLCH as well as the boroughs of Ealing and Hillingdon, liaising with specialist medical and nursing provision provided primarily by Imperial at St Mary's and Hammersmith Hospital sites.

* Professional Nursing qualification
* RGN / RN Adult or Child (depending on role)
* Community Nursing Qualification
* NMC Registration
* Evidence of continuous personal and professional development.
* Evidence of post registration education and training including a teaching qualification

* Educated to degree level or equivalent level combination of diploma level education
* Evidence of further education in Haemoglobinopathy
* Pegasus Community Genetics course
* Counselling course / qualification
