Job Purpose
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as our Outreach and Engagement Officer within the Affordability Team.
We are looking for someone driven and supportive to join the team where they will be engaging customers and partners in all communities across the North West face to face to enhance our support to customers. Your responsibility will be to support customers and partners in raising awareness and improving access to financial support with water bills for our customers across the North West region.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Responsible for promoting United Utilities affordability schemes with customers through a range of methods including independently attending events, leading presentations and encouraging digital engagement.
* Support the Outreach and Engagement Manager in projects and tasks that support OFWAT and business goals. Work with existing partners and organisations such as DWP, CAB and Money Advice organisations across North West.
* Create and maintain ways to track success and outcomes of outreach and engagement effectively.
* Support the wider team to reach affordability and outreach targets, including support for the data share and compliance.
* Maintain, administrate and promote use of North West Hardship Hub.
