South Central Fleet Services Ltd are a wholly owned subsidiary company of South Central Ambulance Service NHS FoundationTrust responsible for the delivery and maintenance of vehicles to the trust.
Working across multiple sites the Group Workshop Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the warranty and costing department of SCFS Ltd.
This includes ensuring all workshops are invoicing repairs and maintenance correctly and recovering costs from vehicle manufacturers and suppliers effectively.
The role aims to meet all KPIs and develop processes that deliver cost savings, improved productivity, and workshop efficiency.
• Financial Acumen:Ensure accurate and cost-effective invoicing of workshop job cards.
• Warranty Management:Administer warranty claims to meet manufacturer and supplier criteria through detailed integration of parts issued and vehicle job cards.
• Process Development:Implement best practices and procedures for warranty processes and procedures.
• Training & Development:Train current and future staff on warranty processes and digital systems.
• Parts Procurement:Oversee parts procurement and administration across depots ensure a standardised practice across all SCFS workshops.
• Data Integration and Automation:Drive the workshops transition to a paperless environment detailed below for completeness.
You will need to demonstrate a high level of competency in MS Office, database, analytical thinking, effective communication, time management and teamwork.
