Job Description
3. Coordinate and manage training and development programmes for team members.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggest improvements.
5. Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs within the company.
6. Facilitate the preparation of educational material and workshops.
7. Oversee the administrative tasks related to learning and development.
8. Maintain records of employee progress and training.
9. Contribute to the development of the company's learning and development strategy.
10. Promote a culture of continuous learning within the company.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Learning and Development Coordinator should have:
11. A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
12. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
13. Proficiency in organising and coordinating training programmes.
14. Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with team members and leadership.
15. A proactive approach to identifying and fulfilling training needs.
