Our client is a well-established business and professional services company within the world of IT, looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Whitefield team on a 3-month basis with the possibility of going permanent.
Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor, you will:
* Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service to customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
* Accurately process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all transactions are handled in a timely manner.
* Process collection requests for customers efficiently to ensure deadlines are met.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to the Customer Services Manager when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you should:
* Have experience within customer service or call center (1 year or more).
* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Have a passion for customer service and a desire to resolve queries through to completion.
* Demonstrate experience of working and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
* Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
* Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word, with the ability to use multiple different systems simultaneously.
