An exciting opportunity to work closely with Finance and support Sales on all new and renewal sales within a global software company. We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, and analytical revenue operations analyst to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all new and annual renewals are entered timely and correctly in the CRM with the appropriate CPI increases.
2. Coordinate with sales and customer success leads to execute timely billing, revenue forecasting, and renewals.
3. Pipeline and sales productivity reporting; delivering accurate regional, product, and individual sales performance reporting.
4. Sales forecasting, working closely with sales to ensure data accuracy of opportunities in CRM (HubSpot).
5. Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports.
6. Calculate sales commission.
7. Assist in the development of process documentation.
Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience in sales operations or financial analyst role, preferably within a software, SaaS, or technology environment.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
3. Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
4. Familiarity with accounting principles and revenue recognition standards.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
