Trade Administrator
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting a Trade Administrator to join our client based in Egham.
The successful Trade Administrator will be responsible for:
* Quality delivery of international trade services portfolio to members & clients.
* Provision of quality services to customers requiring assistance with export and import documentation, undertaking accounting procedures, in accordance with the rules set out by the Governing Bodies.
* Ensuring a high level of customer care is maintained.
* Providing documentation cover across the international trade office locations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Certify EC Certificates of Origin and related export documents
2. Process Arab-British Certificates of Origin and related documents
3. Authenticate trade preference documents
4. Supply and authenticate International Import certificates
5. Process & issue ATA Carnets
6. Provide additional International Trade services as appropriate.
7. Answer enquiries received by telephone, email & face to face in a professional manner.
8. Complete financial, statistical and data records to the required standards & deadlines.
9. Maintain high level of customer care.
10. Take responsibility for the supply and authentication of EC Certificates of Origin and related documents, in accordance with the Certification Procedures rules, including electronic certificates.
11. Receive, check and pass documents
12. Authenticate Trade Preference documents in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs guidelines
13. Check the formal undertaking and signatory lists as appropriate.
14. Issue ATA carnets including electronic applications at Heathrow, in accordance with guidelines
15. Supply and authenticate International Import Certificates in accordance with BIS guidelines
16. Use knowledge gained to answer customers queries or signpost to appropriate agency
17. Keep abreast of developments in the field of International Trade and pass on these developments to customers where appropriate
18. Assist the Office Managers & Head of International Trade & Compliance with other duties as required
19. Complete accounting, statistical & data procedures to the required standards & deadlines
20. Always maintain a high standard of customer care
21. Professionally represent the organisation as required
