Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
1. Manage a selection of accounts, frequently keeping in touch with customers to establish close-knit and trusting partnerships
2. Communicate with customers to proactively identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell, and ensure customers are aware of promotions
3. Follow up on outstanding quotes and samples to convert sales
