Team/Role Overview The Issuer Services business delivers bespoke capital market transaction services to a wide variety of clients including banks, corporations, lawyers and governments around the world. Specific transaction services are delivered in connection with Corporate Debt, Restructuring, Structured Finance, Loans, Project Finance and Depositary Receipts. What you’ll do Delivering of structured finance services through review, negotiation and execution of documentation for new transactions and amendments to and updates of existing transactions Managing a portfolio of structured finance transactions that include the cash management role Building and developing client relationships Working with Client Analytics Management team to ensure proper set up of models Ensuring accurate creation, verification, and actioning of diary dates for future events derived from relevant documentation Providing support to Sales on new business prospects, as required Participating in deal review as appropriate Any other duties as required What we’ll need from you Knowledge of the Issuer Corporate Trust product and structured finance market essential Working knowledge of Structured Finance transactions and prior cash management experience essential Understanding of transaction documentation, deal execution and/or legal experience desirable. Good client skills essential Excel Skills – intermediate level University Degree preferred or relevant industry experience.
