Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Payroll Manager at Croda. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. This role will be primarily located in Snaith but allows for some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
* Experience in payroll processing and regulations
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Knowledge of payroll software and systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Problem-solving and analytical skills
* Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
