The Role
The project is a Fit Out on a live Head Office. It will be a 6 month project doing general refurbishments such as:
• Internal & external lighting upgrade
• Toilet refurbishment
• Ceiling time renewal
• Internal & external decoration
• Other refurb elements the client confirms
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
• Dealing with labour and subcontractors
• Orders
• RAMS
Required Qualifications/Experience
• Experience working on live fit out projects
• Experience of working on office fit out's
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and water industry certification
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
