My client who are based in Bracknell are seeking an Administrator to join their fast growing team. They are looking for a candidate who are organised, customer focused and hardworking. You will play a central role in our office and administration processes and provide excellent support to the wider team.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent administrative support to the senior team
* Be central to the businesses operations and up date departments with business activities
* Optimise communication between departments
* Maintain accurate filing and management of paper documents
* Manage phone calls and mail correspondence
* Manage office logistics
Requirements
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
* Proficient in MS Office and other office management software
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* Highly motivated, flexible and adaptable
* Detail-oriented and thorough with a proactive approach
