Aureos is seeking an Estimator to undertake Pre-Construction estimating and commercial activities.

The Estimator will lead, manage and input to the production of project ITT pricing and submission documents within the GSP Framework.
Summary Accountable for ensuring all pricing requirements are met and submitted in line with contract requirements.
Liaison with Employers team from progressing submission of ITT and all post-submission activities including agreement of draft contract documentation.
Support delivery teams during the pre-construction phases (Stage A and Stage B).
Input to overall programme portfolio revenue forecasting.
Tasks and duties Review documents and prepare a report identifying project details Completing pricing preliminaries in conjunction with contractors Preparing project risk register Carrying out site visits and preparing reports, where necessary Preparing pricing submission document and associated documents Taking off dimension drawings as required Post tender financial negotiations Assess and manage risk and opportunity and support negotiations as part of the pricing process Collate and review tender documents and submission requirements in a timely way, ensuring all financial information is identified and provided and accurate compliant design proposals are included Provide Project Kick-Off documentation as part of the commercial handover meeting Responsibility for ‘sign off’ of all cost elements prior to any gate meetings or financial submissions Manage the production of cost information for senior management Provide considered responses to customer questions including post tender queries Ensure that the project commercial team have received an effective handover of bid documentation Qualifications and Training Have experience working within Construction for a contractor and have a range of project experience to include new builds / refurbishments and civilise and utilities.
