We’re supporting a global FMCG company who manufacture a number of food brands that have strong heritage in various countries and are now looking to appoint a National Account Executive in a developmental role which will see you polish your skills in strategic account management, stakeholder management, commerciality and consistency in delivery. This role sits in the Grocery Retail channel and will see you working closely with the SNAM, alongside the wider team who all push to achieve what is possible!

As the NAE, you will report into the SNAM, responsible for supporting across 2 key grocery accounts and take accountability for your development, hungry to keep learning and curious to know more!
Main Tasks:
* Work with the SNAM to develop a strategy for the Grocery customers in line with the overall channel plan.
* Support on account plans, P&L growth, & JBPs.
* Develop customer insight and selling stories in line with category and trade marketing using various data sources.
* Own your development plan to progress through the business (NAM within 6-12 months).
Skills Needed:
* FMCG sales or buying experience.
* Strong communication skills with a good level of personal organisation.
* Solid work ethic – with the desire to get job completed.
* Positive entrepreneurial approach whilst being resilient.
* A curious nature who has the hunger to develop.
* An eye for commercial opportunities and the drive to make them happen!

This is a home-based role, with travel down to their London office once a month, as well as travel to customers. Package includes a company car as well as a generous bonus scheme!
