Senior HR Business Partner Bradford (Hybrid Working) Salary up to £75,000

The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to drive forward organisational effectiveness, as well as:
Build longer term resource and talent management planning, whilst reviewing employee engagement and people capabilities
Be an innovator of Change, effectively advising senior managers and enable the execution of successful business plans
Ensure the design, development and delivery of people initiatives align with business insights and needs
A strategic HR business Partner who has a background working within large matrix organisations and adept at transformational change
Sound experience of workforce planning, talent management, driving high performance and delivering results
Fostering strong relationships with senior management and develop business strategies
