Education To participate in ensuring that the departments environment is conducive to teaching and learning. To act as mentor/assessor to student nurses and adaptation students. To act as a good role model for all members of the ED team. To undertake in service training programmes and attend all mandatory training sessions required by the Trust. To extend scope of practice in accordance with hospital policy to meet with needs of the Unit.
