An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Temps Recruitment Consultant to work in a busy branch based in Nottingham for an industry-leading agency. The role is to manage and develop a Temp desk and grow client relationships to maximise the full profit of the desk. This office is very busy; the ability to prioritise workload is essential. You must have proven sales experience within a similar role and demonstrate a hunger to succeed in a target-oriented environment.
Job Description
1. To maximise the profitability of the Commercial Temp desk
2. Provide a professional recruitment service to clients and candidates
3. Develop and maintain existing client relationships
4. Win and develop new business by means of sales calls and client visits
5. Resource and interview quality candidates
Person Specification
1. Sales orientated with energy and enthusiasm
2. Flexible approach to work
3. Customer focused with exceptional organisational skills
4. Ability to work autonomously
5. Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Qualifications
Educated to A-Level standard
