Job Description
We are proud to be partnering with a nationwide food manufacturer, who are looking to appoint an Employee Relations Advisor on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position based in Northamptonshire, with a salary of £43,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or employee relations, and be CIPD L5 qualified.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Acting as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding workplace issues across the business
2. Supporting the Group Head of HR and Operations Director in all employee relations matters, working closely with the Operations and Group HR team
3. Providing advice and guidance on company policies, procedures and employment laws
4. Mediating disputes between employees or between employees and management
5. Ensuring organisational compliance with employment laws and regulations
6. Developing, reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices
7. Acting as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievances
