description:
We are on the
lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Wedding Team as
Seasonal Members. As a vital part of our team, you will play a crucial role in
ensuring that each wedding event at our house is executed flawlessly, leaving a
lasting impression on our couples and their guests. From setting up perfect
ambience to ensuring every guest feels like a VIP, you’ll be at the heart of it
all. So, if you are ready to roll up your sleeves, dive into the excitement and
making magic happen, we’d love to have you on board.
What You’ll Do:
·
Event Setup
and Breakdown: Assist in
setting up and breaking down wedding ceremony and reception spaces according to
predetermined layouts and designs.
·
Guest Assistance: Provide excellent guests service by helping,
answering questions and ensuring their comfort throughout the event.
·
Serving Food
and Drinks: Deliver food
and drinks to gusts throughout the day in alignment with our food quality and
hygiene standard.
·
Assist
Wedding Coordinator/Manager: Support in
various tasks including directing guests, managing timelines and addressing
unforeseen issues that may arise during events.
·
Clean-ups: Assist in post wedding clean-up activities,
including clearing tables, accommodation rooms turnaround, bathrooms, disposing
waste, ensuring the house is clean and organised.
